Cockpit audio only and jump seat perspective of a night time, in the weather, instrument approach into Osan AB, Korea. Aircraft Commander must have transitioned to a non-precision approach because of deviation in glide path, which was questioned. Also, that was a gigantic power adjustment he made there when he leveled at the localizer minimums, WTH? Five minutes of a routine instrument approach, in the weather; followed by thirty seconds of high anxiety, hoping to break out of the weather and acquire the airfield for landing.
